Costume Design
To help you design and make your own costumes. Date and time to be determined.
Position Training
Date is TBD at this time. This event will take place on site.
Understanding your role and the goals of the position you play is very important. This training session will help you prepare so you can step in and enjoy being a part of leading thousands of visitors to the manger.Date and time to be determined.
Trail Preparation.
This event is to remove any obstacles that can hinder safe travel and operation of Bethlehem Revisited. In addition, there is much wood that needs to be split for the campfires. Target date is early November.
Setup
This event is to setup all scenes in order to have them ready to go for 12/07/2023. This will involve moving the stored materials back into place, moving firewood and We will construct all scenes in November 25th beginning @ 9:00 a.m. Tarp and any last minute checks and fixes will be Saturday December 2nd, 2023 beginning at 9:00 a.m.
Restore
This event is to restore the property to it original state by removing all construction and storing it away for 2024. Most likely will be held the weekend of December 16th, 2023. Final date TBD.
