Will there be a lot of walking? And what about the weather?
Yes, there will be considerable walking along a trail that will take nearly an hour overall and the only adverse weather condition that may affect the presentation will be rain. Cold and snow will not be a problem – just dress accordingly. Wheelchairs and strollers can be handled but with some difficulty, especially in adverse weather conditions. Due to the complexity of all the transportation logistics and the number of participants that are involved, there is no date for rescheduling in the event of any type of weather related cancelation.
Is this a free event?
Yes it is, however donations are encouraged to help defray the costs associated with transportation, building materials, animals, costumes and refreshments. Click on our donations tab to make a tax deductible donation to our 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations may also be made when the tickets are distributed or at the hospitality area during the event.
How do I get a ticket?
Public distribution of tickets will be made on Sunday, November 22nd, at Northway Church of Christ, We request that you collect tickets for your family only.
Is the Northway Church location also where the event will take place?
No. In 2024 we moved the staging to the St. Joe High School Northfield Complex located at 51080 Laurel Rd. South Bend, In. 46637. From this location, our visitors board a bus and are shuttled about 1mile to the event site.
I’m still confused about some things so who can I contact?
Any information you need should be on our website, however if you still have questions, you can send an email to BRMichiana@gmail.com and our communications coordinator will be in touch.
Shalom!
